Interworking between Plantronics Savi 740 & CDT Client in SAP contact Center

Is there any Interworking report available between Plantronics Savi 740 & CDT Client in SAP contact Center Application  V7.0.7.0?

Please refer to the attached datasheet of Savi 740 for more details.

In the latest compatibility guide, Platronics Savi 740 and 740M are supported with notes.  We have several in our enviroment and they work great.

1)       Device volume control complies with CDT (audio)
2)       Device volume control affects CDT wave
3)       Device volume control does not affect CDT volume settings
4)       CDT and device MUTE are synchronized
5)       Requires  installation  of  terminal_HS_PlantronicsV2.msi  (also  installable  with  the 
terminal.msi  wizard)  and  Plantronics Enterprise Software SDK version 2.4, downloadable for free
at        http://www.plantronics.com/us/support/software- downloads/enterprise-sdk.jsp.
Multi-call scenarios (e.g. connected to mobile and PC) are not tested / supported by SAP.
