JMS receiver Adapter

Dear PI Experts,

I am facing a problem in JMS receiver Adapter in PI 7.4,for which the following error is thrown in Communication channel Monitoring

Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.adapter.jms.core.fsm.DFA$InvalidTransitionException: No transition found from state: ERROR, on event: process_commence for DFA: JMS_RCV_HCM_EBS_EmployeeInfo:c55d3f68801833aab71e00e57c996784

Checked all the JMS Queue name,Connection Factory,JNDI Logon user and Password,

everything looks correct.

The following error message occurs in Audit log

Delivery of the message to the application using connection JMS_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.adapter.jms.core.fsm.DFA$InvalidTransitionException: No transition found from state: ERROR, on event: process_commence for DFA: JMS_RCV_HCM_EBS_EmployeeInfo:c55d3f68801833aab71e00e57c996784.

Please guide me on how to resolve this issue.
