Hello, dear colleagues!

Please help me to solve next problem.

I use TDMS 3.0 and "time based reduction for ERP"

Now I do a step "Fill Header Tables (Collective Exec.)

Background job "Fill Intednal Header Table for Table BKPF and BSEG" aborted with dump "TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED" in source system.

And step "Fill Header Tables (Collective Exec.) in status "aborted"

I changed some memory parameters in source system.

But how do I re-run aborted actitvity?

If I restart activity I get message:

I also tried to manually change status of the activity, but it didn't help.

Please help me to rastart this activity.

You need to use the troubleshooter and first execute 'Allow Manual Status for this activity'.

Once done, you need to change the current status to ERRORS.

Now use the Master Refresh button in the process tree.

The above steps should  allow you to re-execute the activity for BKPF& BSEG .

In case you still face issues, please attach the screenshots, of setting Manual Status to Errors.

Rajesh

Thanks a lot!

It was necessary use button "master refresh"

I also want to add that I found failed background job CNV_TDMS_05_TI_CO_BKPF_CLU_BS with variant &0000000015 and I manually start this job in source system. System TDMS is seen and "car"  went again.

Good to know ..!

I hope you also did consider maintaining P_ROLL = X , for avoiding any further memory issues.

Thanks,

Rajesh

Additionally make sure to set the parameter P_ROLL to X for this activity before tying to re-start it.

This will help avoid memory issues for this activity in the sender system.
