Dear DMS experts,
I am having a problem when displaying documents. Always when displaying a document that has already been stored in secure area, the system logs off.
It occurs only when displaying and not changing the document.
Does anyone know why it occur?
Thank you in advance.
Marcos

Hi Marcos,
Delete NT and keep only PC in Workstation Application Screen and then check.
Remember that %SAP-OFFICE-INTEGRATION% will open the Word Document in ECL Viewer within SAP Screen where you cannot edit. It should be fine for display. So for Application Type 01, You can keep it.
%Auto% will open the Word file outside the SAP Screen utlising the MS Word application installed in your computer and it will let you edit. If you intend to change the document and check in, you have to use Application Type 02 as "%Auto%"
In your screen shot , for all application type you have mentioned same. I suggest you put %Auto% for Application type 2 and 3. Also ensure you ticked on "Start Authorisation" for application DOC. You can see that if you double click on DOC application type.
Thanks,
SM
