Setting of a user sending automatic notifications in CFolder

Hi All,

We have a requirement specified by our user that he want to set up Automatic notification in C folder.

For example, if any user has not checked his folder since more than 30 days, he should automatically get notification saying

" Your workbook has been checked out of 30 days.Please update".

Please let us know what all settings we need to do here to activate automatic notification.

This has not worked in our system earlier and user want to activate it.

Hi,

really the easiest way to achieve this is to use status management of cFolders and related Status Action "Processing Period".

You should set the status on the object that needs to be checked.

Status Actions - SAP Portfolio and Project Management - SAP Library

Of course all the e-mail notification related settings should be done upfront.
