Bonus Buy in ECC NON-Retail

Hello,

do you know if SAP has enabled Bonus Buy functionality for standard SAP ECC (i.e. VBG1, VBK1)?

If it is not available, how could I activate it via User-Exit or any other means?

According to SAP on May 2015 this is still not yet available in regular/standard ECC (i.e. It is only available in IS-Retail ).
