Unable to select Role and System

Hi All,

We have upgraded to SP18 from SP13 yesterday.

While testing application, I found that system and roles tabs are not selecting while submitting Access Request submission.

Did any one face same issue?

Hi All,

It seems to be rendering issue.

Applied notes as per WIKI.issue is resolved now.

Dear Srinivas,

would SP upgrade lead to change in config. Then, shall we check entire config. after an SP upgrade.

Practically i do not have experience on SP upgrade.i gave an option to check, might be one of the reason for issue.

Hi ,

I have already attached screenshot where I am not able to select either role or system.

@Srini,

All EUP setting seems to be fine. I am getting drop down to select both system and roles, but when I tried to click on Role/system it is not giving a popup window to select roles/system.
