Diagnostic Agent also on Solution Manager host?

Hallo guys,

I want to install Solution Manager 7.1 SR1 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 with the help of SWPM.

As I know you need a Diagnostic Agent on every managed system.

But it is not yet very clear to me if I need to install a Diagnostic Agent on the Solution Manager host to.

Hello Martin,

Yes SMD Agent will be installed on solution Manager  and DIA agent will be installed on satellite systems  (Manage system)

once we install agent on satellite system , agent will be visible on your solution Manager

(on line and offline agents )
