Unable to launch unified inbox

Hi

we are currently in IW_PGW 007, with all other components as highlighted in the blog .

but the application "/IWPGW/TGW_UNIF_INBOX" is not avaialble in SICF service.

also, when i open this bsp application in SE80, it says:

An error occurred creating the application directory

is there any missing step, that we need to do manually to see the unified inbox application in SICF.

Hi Madhu,

I hope you are checking in Gateway system :

Please check the service : (/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING version 2 is registered or not.

For SICF this is the path :

/sap/

..bc/

...bsp/

.....iwpgw/

.........tgw_unif_inbox/

Please ensure, this service is activated and Task processing version2 is registered in Gateway system.

the node IWPGW is not available under /sap/bc/bsp/ currently in our gateway system.

do we need to do anything to get that created.

if IWPGW is at >6 , node should be available.

Not sure how to get it. This comes with your component. Please check with your basis team.
