Qty Value Field Not Updating

Hello Friends,

Quantity not updating in the Quantity Value Field in the COPA document and KE30 report but other values fields updating like Revenue, Other Revenue, Customer Discount, Sales & Market Costs, COGM etc.

I have configured correctly including Assigning SD Qty Field (FKIMG & FKLMG) to my COPA Qty  Field (ABSMG) in KE4M.

Can any body help any missing configuration or any data issue during the Sale Order or Delivery or Billing.

        please check creation of material master in costing tab   OR

        check once OMS2  qty field update or not

Normally sales qty will assign in KE4M But please also check.

Check KE4I whether sales quantity value filed assigned with condition type OR not .

please check OMS2 for MM end qty filed check box is updated or not

check Va03 > item 10 > 2clicks > account assignment Tab > Pro.segment 2clicks 

also check if any<< PA transfer structure if applicable to this scenario

Hi Srikant,

Thanks for your quick response.

I have checked KE4M, KE4I, OMS2 maintained correctly.

Also I have checked VA03 -> Item 10 -> Account Assignment Tab -> Pro Segment updating correct characteristics including derivation rules but not for Value Fields.

Can I know if any other configuration from SD or MM Side missing.

Hi

Please check one's VL01N  delivery of good and PGI if delivery of qty is missing then it will not update in COPA
