Unable to see home tab!

Hi Guys,

At one of my client, I have faced blank home tab page on launch pad. I have seen documents tab and other settings tabs such as application, preference and help menu as well. Any suggestion I would be appreciated.

ps: I have attempted to log on with different user and then I have seen the home tab on launch pad. I have been in trouble by using administrator user name.

Hi ATACAN,

It seems there is no operation happened (report view,schedules ,alerts,..) with the user.

Open a report from public folders with the user /schedule a report to that user and check.

Hi Sateesh,

The user is admin and the admin has done many operations in daily activities. However, the admin only seen blank page at home tab section, which I have attached print screen image file. we have tried to fix up with different java versions. However, the other users able to see home tab too by using infoview and webi rich client.

any idea more?
