What is the difference between crm_bol_core->Reset() and if_bol_transaction_context->Revert()

Hi Experts,

I want to know what is the difference between crm_bol_core->Reset() and if_bol_transaction_context->Revert() as both are invoking genil's Init() to release lock and clear buffer.

I got the answer.
Reset will reset the bol and all the information will be lost.
Revert will make the bol to last consistent state (last commit)
