SAP HANA Techical monitoring

Former Member

Hi everyone,

I am setting technical monitoring for SAP HANA SP9 in Solution Manager 7.1 SPS12. In the picture shown status for database performance and database exceptions are showing status "gray" - data not available:

Dbacockpit connection for saphana in Solution Manager is working just fine.

What could be the cause of this gray status?

Best regards,

Zeljko Paic

Hi,

Can you check the agents and extractor framework for each and every metric whether data is collected there or it had any warning on the extractor framework.

Also can you check below

Hi Zeljiko,

Please also check the following wiki if you have not done so already:

Hi,

sorry for late reply.

Note 2008396 is already implemented, and all prerequisites are fulfilled. It seems there was a problem with host agent on SAP HANA. Now Database analysis is working fine in RCA, but still in system monitoring Database exceptions and Database performance are grey.
