How to restrict to close IM ticket when any related document is open

Hi Experts,

Need one help in ChaRM.

We have requirement where we dont want to allow user to close IM(ZMIN) ticket when any related document( Like ZMCR, ZMHF etc.) is open for this Incident.

Please let me know if any further details you needed.

Hi,

You need to create the PPF action for same and schedule condition will be on confirmation for the incident. In PPF actions you should define the customized methods which will intern check the status of your documents, you  need to take the related change requests into picture as there you will link both.
