[Excel] Sales Target Planning

Hello everyone, hows going ?

Please, I'd like some tips about the Sales Target Planning at Excel. I did the installation and it works with other functionality (if I try to put any report from C4C it works), but not for the Sales Target Planning.

I use Windows 7 - 64 bits, MS Excel 2010 and the add-in from C4C.

Please, take a look the images attached: Print 1 is my Excel status, that still for a long time and nothing happens. Print 2, my Sales Target that is on prepare.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Mauricio,

You just need to close the worksheet inside the excel and then re-open the worksheet again, you will be able to view your sales plan

Note: During the above process don't logout from C4C Add-in in excel

Hello Surjeet.

When you're doing the Plan, the best way is do the DOWNLOAD and open in the folder (not directly from the browser). (Maybe is a problem with the browser)

So go through to the folder that you saved the file (AnalyticalWorkbook) and open. Make sure before, that you have the c4c certificate !

It works, as you can see the file attached (image 2). To make easy the process of target sales planning, I suggest install the ADD-Ins and the CERTIFICATE.

I already installed the ADD-In and the issue persist.

How can I get  or configure the C4C certificate?

Follow the steps above, it will WORK 100%!

• Open the Excel
• Be sure that the SAP TAB appears at Excel
• Fill out the fields with your data: URL, LOGIN and PASS
• Leave Excel Open (don't close) and go back to C4C
• At C4C, be sure that your Sales Target Plan is done and that you're in the last step.
• Download the file from your Sales T. Plan (named AnalyticalWorkbook.xml)
• Go back to your Excel and be sure that is already authenticated
• Go to File and open the AnalyticalWorkbook.xml that you've downloaded.
• It may works, change the values and SAVE ALL (Tab SAP)

I suppose it will be work.

Can you help me to understand how the excel works? I need to match data from employee and sales but why there isn´t data available?
