Shopping Cart Value Changes Automatically When PO Created

Hi all,

I've a problem here whereby when the PO is created under the Purchaser Worklist, somehow the Shopping Cart's value got changed automatically.

Example, the SC should be 500 when it goes into Purchaser Worklist, once PO got created and the value is 500 for the PO, then out of sudden the SC value is changed from 500 maybe to 499.

You guys have any idea what caused the changes?...

Which SRM version are you using ? What level of SC Approval workflow are you using ?

How we can replicate the same situation in my system ? What are the steps ?

Ensure that other users have not modified the shopping cart before/after approval.
