Resource capacity without SAP HR/HCM or WFM

Hi all;

Is it possible to follow up or track,

• general capacity (project specific/not project specific)
• allocated/used capacity (project specific/not project specific)

without any integration (SAP HR/HCM or WFM), only by creating BP (business partner) in cProjects?

If your answer is yes, please give details about process...

Dear Mali,

you can maintain the business partner (incl. availability) in the frontend under "Portfolio and Project Administration > Edit Resource > tab: availability. Or you can call transaction RPM_EMPDATA in the backend to update the datas.
