VLMOVE or VL02N error

Hello,

when I use VLMOVE to use 311 movement type to move our goods from local to another storage location, I have given the source storage location and the destination storage location, and generated DN. but when I go to this DN, and found the storage location changed into 0001, there's no such storage location in our plant, so I manually change it to the correct storage location, it gave me this message "Req.type for item category ZDGN and MRP type M0 could not be determined", where is the wrong?

Are the materials HU managed ?  If not, you can try with MB1B with 311 movement type.  Nevertheless, movement type will not change as you described unless, some user exit in place.
