sybase backup job faild

Hi anybudy know sybase database .

i am using sybase datbase 15.0 i have configured sp_config file for database backup

and create sql script for database sheduleing via db13

some days backup job complete but last 3 days sowing error

i have attached screen shot

Dear sir ,

I am not able to copy log file from server but i have checked showing some space error . i send  screen shot of

dev.log file screen

Hi Sandeep

From the snapshot is clear that there no free space on the either in backup disk / tape or DB.

Could you check the Database or log disk free space?

hi ,

i know sir my in saptools my db no free space but problem is that i have no idea how will do increez the space via db13 or via os level pls giude me and any command

i have attached screen shoot of db13

pls suggest

Hello Sandeep,

The problem seems to be that your transaction log is full and has no place to expand. So you would need to create a separate script to backup your transaction log and then truncate it after the transaction details have been backed up.

Hi Sandeep

1. You have to increase the disk space or Clear the transaction log.

2. You can refer the SAP KBA - 2047083 - The file system was full and SCC was unable to write to the repository database. Error log...

i dont have any knowledge in sybase i work on oracle database

i have configured backup path in dev.cfg file and via sheduling from db13

what you want to say i can not undarstand where i have to do this in dev.cfg file or

in db13 i have attached screen shot of db13 script and dev.cfg file
