Transaction BMBC limited search.

Dear Experts, My customer is using transaction BMBC to find the level of stock in their warehouses. The results are limited to  approximately 50,000 and they now need to search in more than 60, 000. When they input the value 60, 000 the system times out after approximately 18 minutes of running. The error msg is program "RVBBINCO" has exceed the max permitted time. Could you advise an alternative to this report ? Please note MCHB is not an alternative as they also need to see quantities of the stock. Thanks Shidan

Hi,

You can increase the Idle Session Time to avoid the session time out error.

Go to RZ11 --> Maintain the Parameter "rdisp/gui_auto_logout" and increase the time.

This task can be done by your BASIS guy.

Can you use LIS (structure S035)?

When you open S035 in SE16N you will find all stock levels for a batch. You can use MC.9 transaction to see stock levels on any specific date for a batch (if LIS is set-up correctly).
