Partial restore of BIAR using Promotion management.

Hi Teachies,

We are using BO 4.1 SP01 Version 14.1.1.1036. We are having issue with selective restore of BI contents( reports, unv's) from BIAR backup.

When I go to CMC-> Promotion management-> Import from File-> import BIAR from Desktop. after giving destination CMS credentials I land at screen where I can see all reports from BIAR , But here is problem. Checkboxes to select the reports/UNV are greyed out.
Did anyone faced this issue earlier? BTW I am using admin id.

Attached is Screenshot where check boxs are disabled. I cant promote selective content.

aren't you supposed to use lcmbiar file in promotion management tool ? how did you take the biar backup and from which system ?

I am using lcmbiar file in promotion management in cmc. Its getting imported , i can see the contents of file. But i cant promote selective reports . Check boxes are disabled.
