Multiple CPN for one MPN and Multiple MPN for one CPN

Hi All,

         Client has requirement needed Multiple CPN's to be maintained for one MPN and Multiple MPN's to be maintained for one CPN. I hope there is no standard functionality available in SAP for this scenario. If yes, Please share the details that will help me a lot. Please provide if any custom solution available to achieve this requirement.

Customer Part Number (CPN) and Material Part Number (MPN).
