How to justify Solman Implementation

Hi,

I know the conceptual and practical benefits from Solution Manager but I need to justify the investment on Solman implementation together with an IT application governance process definition project.

In order to make it happen, I need to create a Business Case and really measure financial benefits by implementation an IT Governance (Solman + Process definition).

Do you have any material that could help me on this journey? I've searched over the internet but didn't found anything relevant or straightforward.

Solution Manager is a wide array of services, is there something specific you are looking to use it for?  (Tech Monitoring, ChaRM, Service desk, etc)

I'm looking more into Solution Documentation, Test Management and we already have Charm implemented.
