Syclo PUSH behaviour on offline users

Hello experts,

what happens if a Syclo user that is registered for pushes suddenly runs offline? Does it get deregistered from the push process? Does the server perform any attempt to deliver the push?

Hi Andrea,

   If the User is offline then server will ignore those pushes, Syclo users will only receive the push messages when they are online. If there is a retry mechanism set-up for push in the backend like some batch job, then the trigger will try to push the pending push messages from the queue for every retry step until the server receives the push.
