If a customer/vendor wants to upgrade SAP-Hardware,then what statistics should be followed for Work load monitor.?

(to analyze Hardware requirements).

What are the SAP recommendations for this.?

What are the SAP recommendations for Hardware upgrade in SAP.

What data and logs are to be analyzed(In ST03N-For how long data is to be used for analysis-Last minute load,current date,Weekly,Monthly..)

If we want to identify how many users(Low,Medium,High) are in SAP system,So that we will decide for Hardware upgrade trough QUICK SIZER tool.

Anyone can please tell me the SAP recommendations for this.
