Some Provisioning jobs hang in the queue

Former Member

Hello,

I don't understand the provisioning queue and don't find a solution in the threat. Some jobs hang in the queue and I don't find the reason.

In the table  mxp_provision there are entries with  the messages text "Wait of result audit...", actionid 4970.  The jobs with the auditid has the accountid 4814 without a Messages text.

I execude the procedure mxp_retry_assignments, without a result.

Could someone tell me what is going wrong?

Best regards,
Jan

Hi Jai,

Thank you for you replay. The timestamp is in past and the status is '37' -> Queued.

Best regards,

Jan

Hi Jan,

I assume its actionid 4814 instead of accountid 4814.

Can you also check the timestamp in column Exectime and see if its in future or already past?

Exectime refers to the time the task will be executed.

Let us know 'state' as well. It is just a numeric and you can get readable status from table MXP_STATE

Kind regards,

Jai
