Internal Error, session terminated

HI PI Gurus,

We have created an RFC destination Type'T' in ECC system. while testing it is giving an error: Internal Error, session terminated.

I have checked the Program_id and it is registered correctly in NWA. I can see the entry in SMGW of PI System.

Any inputs will be really appreciable.
