Error while load planning

Hi Expert,

I am getting the beow error message while performing the Load planning in the FO

Calling vsropsvr for not supported application TVSO, only supporting (T|M|W)VSR, (T)VRG, (T)VSS

Kindly advice to resolve this load planning issue.

Hello,

it looks like you did not install the correct optimizer server version for the TM release you are using. Check your TM installation guide and the described software components.
