Display range fucntionality in sales order header partner function tab

Hi All

Is any one familiar with Display range functionality in sales order header partner function tab. I wanted to understand how this works and how can we control this.My requirement is to add a new item in the drop down and have a specific PF in that. Please suggest.

Check OSS note 713246 - Partner overview screen:Variant table control does not work is of any help for this requirement.

Hi TW

for order entry via sap mobility,we want to give change access to users who are using  only shipto PF.for that we are working on a script but using the scrip we can only select a specific row all the time and it doesn't check the PF code or anything like that.so we want to create a new display range and add SH to it so that Ship to PF will be on the top of the list and its defaulted for selection
