Hi Laksh

I would suggest you options:

1.Do telnet and start the all services.Hope you know this if you have problem feel free to ask.

2.Go to visual admin -

server--

services--

deploy and start the portal related services. If not started it will be marked with a red cross inside a box.

Hi,

This implies that your services are not running. Go to visual admin and in web container check if the services are up. If not then revert back. You need to get the services up.

Hi,

So all your services are up. Did you check in MMC if every thing is green.

Though it's the other way round. First the instance should be up( green in MMC), and then the services be up.

Can you send me the log files.

You may need to restart the server and then via telnet check if it's working.

in start->run,

telnet <ip> 5<CI>08

You get a login screen, put the proper credentials and login .

Type the following command.

jump 0

add deploy

list_app

start_app-all

It will start starting the services properly.

hope this helps you. else the log files are a must to troubleshoot.
