Microsoft Analysis Services 2014 -XMLA (OLAP Connection) not available in IDT

Hello All,

We are currently facing a problem in connecting with "Microsoft Analysis Services 2014 - XMLA" (OLAP Connection) as we could not be able to see it in Information Design Tool (SAP BO IDT (version: 4.1, SP5)). Kindly find the screenshot attached.

But we must connect with "Microsoft Analysis Services 2014 - XMLA" to design Universe as our customers are using MSAS 2014 database.

Your helping hand will be highly appreciated in this regards.

Thanks for your reply. Although this link is very popular one but it is not saying anywhere how to bring the option for "Microsoft Analysis Services 2014 - XMLA". Could you please elaborate in details about your thought?

Hi Ghosal

MSAS  (Analysis Services)  2014 is not supported yet that is why you cannot see it  ( also in latest BI
version : BI4.1 SP5)
