I have the case of a company in India that will have to debond the EOU division.
This company have 2 plants marked as EOU at the moment.
Each of these 2 plants is assigned to an excise group, let's say 01-EOU 1 and 02 EOU 2.
My question is: when the debonding will happen should we change leave this assignment as is or can we creat 2 new Excise groups and reassign the plants to the new groups? Is there any issue if you move an a plant to one excise group to a new one?
The reason why we are considering to do this change is mailny due to the registe updat (RG1/RG23) where we would like to restart from 0 once debonded.
