Dear SAP Community,
I wanted to ask if there is a way in 7.1 SP11 Web UI to find the tickets that were assigned to my business partner or my team in the past.
Our users struggle with this, as they loose track of the tickets they assigned to other support groups.
I'm afraid the "Recent Item" functionality is not sufficient.
Your help is appreciated!

nice to see a familiar name here .
In SAP standard there is no such functionality.
You can try to program something yourself by selecting over the change documents. See function module CRM_CDORDER_DISPLAY or database tables cdhdr and cdpos.
Or you can define a new partnerfunction like 'Observer' where the user can assign himself to further observe this ticket (or program something to do it automatically).
