One Person head of Multiple Org Units

Hi,

Can one Person be Head of Multiple Orgunits, that is Cheif Position.In my case i have 19 Org units which are held by same person and that person's position belongs to one of the Org units in 19.

I have gone through Links mentioned that we can do it by maintaining the percentage, but still want to know if there would be complexes .

It should be ok to do with percentages in the relationships.

You can also try a super dummy OU above the 19 org units and this manger being the head of this OU.

As far i understand You can maintain one Chief position for all of your Organizational units where you can define Priority as well, Check relationship 012 for the same.
