Install ADDON EA-HR_MSS1.0 0008 on PRD server

Dear Expert

we have one dbci(central server) and one app(application server) so we have implement the ADDON 

EA-HR_MSS 1.0 0008 SAPK-10008INEAHRMSS . in quality and dev server we don't have app server only one instance is there

but in PRD we have DBCI and APP server so suggest me that in both node i have to update the thing or one place will do

our prd server is in cluster environment 

Give some valuable suggestion

When you implement add-on's using Tx SAINT they will be stored in the database. You do not implement them from CI and AS nodes as there is only one database even if there are multiple application servers.

Hi Rajendra,

The Central Instance and  Application(Dialog) instance totally different. Dialog instances are used for load balancing.

By default when you install an SAP system, the Central instance will be installed, If later or because of system load we can install required number of dialog instance for load sharing  - optional.

As answer Reagan, ADD-Ons will be stored in the database and all Application server pointing the same database.
