Re-reading multiple orders in APO

Hi Gurus,

Is there any report in APO where we can re-read the multiple process orders in one instant  by selecting different production version?

Please suggest if there is any report or any idea

Hi Rajesh,

If you are looking for a functionality to Re-Read the PP master data, sames as you do in the process order, I don't think this can be done in APO massivelly.

Note that there is no T-Code in the standard SAP or APO to read the PP master data in mass.

Hi Rajesh,

If you want to extract orders by selecting production version you have to create a report with the help of two BAPIs.

First BAPI is provided by expert AMOL but with this BAPI you will not have the possibility to extract orders by production version.

So, to made the link of the orders with prod.version you have to extract the PDS versions too with BAPI_PDSSRVAPS_GETLIST.

The common element for the two BAPIs is the Resource (Mode) table.

Hi Rajesh

I think you can use T-code /SAPAPO/RRP4 - Receipts View to extract respective information.

In APO transaction data is not stored in tables like ECC. You can extract information by using BAPI's. Use BAPI_MOSRVAPS_GETLIST2 for extracting data for planned orders and process orders.
