Dear Sir,

One more scenario i have pleas help

I have a scenario, i  have generated 2.5 days per month .But if employee not work of his actual calendar days the quota should be deduct from the 2.5 days .

Eg : if employee works on 26 days on the month of March ie 31 calendar days then the quota must 31-5 =26 & quota must generate 2.09.

I think it will resolve with pcr

Please help!!

Hi

It is possible by configuring Reduction rule. You can link your Paid or Unpaid leave with you quota update.

It's possible to handle through reduction rule. Follow the document which santosh has shared.

Dear Sir,

I have a written a pcr to create the 2.5 absence quotas .  I created two time type i.e working date & PL quota days.. By PCR it is generating 2.5 days per month.. I updating the 2011 time events for entire month..    When i run PT60 2.5 days & working date is updating in SALDO..

When i am giving a unauthorized absence type it is not getting decuting from 2.5 days privelege quota day and from working date... I am sharing the PCR..

Please help!!!
