Hi Everyone
I have one purchase order with 12 items, all items has same shipping point , same shipping condition , same route, same customer and same
supplying plant and storage location .
but when creating delivery by vl10d transaction I get 12 deliveries one for each item .
I checked the LIKP and LIPS tables with the created deliveries and the only difference I found is that value on field combination criteria for deliveries is different on each delivery , this field is the combination of distribution channel , division and material number
The customer master record is marked for combination orders on the shipping tab
and "B" on the partial deliveries and 1 on max partial deliveries
can anyone help please ?

Hi Zac,
Try running report zle_analyze_delivery_split from SAP Note Number
355404 - Why was there a delivery split during creation?
This report provides the reasons for delivery split.
You could also check the following SAP Notes to see if they will help with your issue:
377501 - Delivery split with backlogged delivery date
386340 - Grouping purchase orders into one delivery using Vl10*
Kind regards,
Catherine

I Found the answer due to splitting report
the ship to party related to this sto has another ship to party related
when creating the STO each line item takes different address number and this causes the split
Thank you Catherine and everyone
ZAC.

What about delivery date ? Please check the OSS note 386340 - Grouping purchase orders into one delivery using Vl10* along with check the KBA 1718249 - Sales and Purchase Order Does Not Combine on Delivery Item

Hi
Looks like deliveries are being splitted because of different sales areas but I am not sure because I couldn't understand the issue with your explanation. Could you please share the technical name of fields you are talking about here?
Thank$
