Hi,

How can all the work processes are running and disp+work is in yellow state.

Did you extract the files of kernel properly.

Do one thing stop the instance and your database. also stop all services related to the instance and the database except saposcol through services.msc in start->run.

Put back the previous kernel and see if itstarts. If it starts working it means thee files uncarred are not proper.

Disp+work is hanging at what stage. can you send me the dev_disp file from work directory.

reward with points as an appreciation of the pain we take to answer.

Dear Mantosh,

Thanks for your reply.

I am not upgrading the kernel, this is coming when i am installing central instance.

Already DB has been installed successfully in a different host.

Here i am attaching the error log of Dev_disp
