Compensation Planning Screen

Hi,

We are Implementing SAP_ HCM _ ECM - Compensation Management Module.

On the Compensation Planning Screen, the Columns are customized as per the customer requirement.

To project the values, we have used the function modules and BADI’s:

            HRECM00_CALCBASE - Basis for calculation

            HRECM00_GUIDELINE - Guideline Matrix

After implementation, Compensation planning screen is completely grayed out especially fields (% and increment amount). Also the status field is shown as “Not Eligible” as shown in the below Screens.

We tried to stop the cursor using external break points but we are unable to stop in any such BADI’s.

Kindly Help in resolving this issue.

I had reverted the column configurations and made same as standard. Even then the result is same,

Kindly help in resolving this issue. Its a Quite urgent.
