QM - Inspection Result Print Out Layout Changes.

Hi,

We are taking the Inspection Report print out from QA32 Transaction.But now we need to change the layout by copying the SAPScript "QM_INSP_RESULT".

We want to know what are all the configuration required to pick the new lay out and where we are definning this layout.

In QM SPRO setting we are not maintaining this layout in Print Programs.(Transaction Code - CQ85)

Please give your valuable inputs.

Hi Saravanan,

The process you described above related to printing "Inspection Report" calls the program RQGAAM31 in background to print the SAP Script QM_INSP_RESULT. I think there is not much configuration steps involved here linked to printing this report, like you normally have for printing Sample-drawing instruction (LG01, etc) or Inspection Instruction (LV01, etc), Component List (LK01, etc), PRT List (LF01, etc) or Inspection Characteristic list (LP01, etc).

You can also use the Tx QGA3 to print inspection results using the same form QM_INSP_RESULT.

If you go through the documentation maintained (Se38 => RQGAAM31 => Display => Goto => Documentation) for the program, you get more clues.

Please work with your ABAP team member to do the needful.
