MCVBRP-APERDAT: Date on which the record was created

MCVBRP-ERDAT: Date on which the record was created

I got this description from SAP Dictionary. What's difference?

That means:

MCVBRP-APERDAT = MCVBAP-ERDAT ?

When I use MCVV to check my own information structure SXXX, it always show 0 value for APERDAT. But in current information structure SXXX active version, it has value. Any idea about this?
