SOAP : No adapter registered for this channel

We are having issues in one of our  PI 7.11 system for SOAP receiver. While looking at RWB we are seeing

No adapter registered for this channel

Based on feedback, I have done full cache refresh, restart the Messaging service, Restart the j2ee server

Still the problem persist. While looking i see that SOAP service under Java EE application are stooped.

I tried to restart but it is not getting started ( with no errors) Please let me know if any one has faed the issue & resolution of this,

When you try this, for that duration check NWA logs/default traces to see if it logs something and i hope you have enough authorization to do so(nwa_superadmin)

Or

select the application -> more actions -> view logs

In addition, go to Dependencies tab -> Filter component type (by Service) -> Make sure that all the services are in Started state.
