SSM 10.1 Unable to set property 'length' of undefined or null reference

Dear experts,

We are now working on SSM 10.1 in Lunix, and encountered error "unable to set property"length" of undefined or null reference"  when use cubebuilder to create PAS module, any sugguestions please kindly propose,thanks very much!

Looks like an issue of installation. Suggest to check the version of the boostrap data (boostrap.zip or import.zip) and the deployed CPMS******.SCA file are on the same SP (service package) level.
