Dear All,
We have deployed Citrix in our environment. The Receiver version of the same is 4.2.0.10. It is hosted on Windows 2k12 R2 server (64 Bit) and the Internet Explorer version is 11. On the same server we have installed SAP GUI v7.30 Patch Level 7. The issue here is when we try to execute a t-code that invokes a IE page to pop up (for e.g. SXMB_IFR in PI), the IE page will not pop up at all and display the message as shown below -
Nothing happens when we click on Switch To or Retry.
At the time the message is displayed, we have checked at OS level and we did not observe any issue - the server is not busy.
It works fine when we use the GUI installed on any desktop/laptop for same user.
Any one of you who has seen such issue in the past and would be able to help me here?
