Problem with the activation of ODATA CB_CUSTOMER_SRV

Dear All

We have installed all necessary components for the FIORI apps. One of the Service for customer (Fact Sheets)

it is not working.

When we try to activate the service we are getting following error.

Can someone help me how to resolve this. Please,

The data model of Customer is not correct. You may need to recreate the customer search model in ESH_COCKPIT.

Before you recreate search model, make sure there's no error in import log, otherwise first resolve the import error.
