Is the SAP system was working fine before? just do the full restart and then check the same. and also you kernel & patch level are very low, Kindly upgrade the kernel and DBSL patch

use internal message server connection to port 3901

Could you check under services file for port entries of sapgw01 & sapdp01 ? Try to add correct entries if not exists and restart the complete system to check again.
If still issue persists please share trans.log & services file from the system.You could refer SAP Notes
540379 - Ports and services used by SAP
52959 - sapms..., sapdp.., sapgw.. unknown (or not found)
