Hi Everyone,
I am configuring EWA for our client. But the job SM:EXEC SERVICES is getting terminated as the program RDSVASAEA_SWCM_____________003 is giving a syntax error. Below is the error analysis from st22:
The following syntax error was found in the program
RDSVASAEA_SWCM_____________003 :
"The field "ET_TRANSPORTS_AND_OBJECT000180" is unknown, but there are t"
"he following fields with similar names: "ET_TRANSPORTS_AND_OBJECT00017"
"0" and "ET_TRANSPORTS_AND_OBJECT000171"."
Will I need an ABAP person for getting it rectified ?
Please advise.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks Donald and Serhat.
My issue got resolved by running the following steps on Solution Manager.
1. Start transaction SDCCN.
2. Select Utilities - Maintain Service Definitions.
3. Go through all the steps to refresh the definitions.
Now I am able to generate the EWA and sent to the distribution list.
Thanks once again for pulling out time and helping me.

Hello Mansi,
Go to SDCCN transaction and delete all entries related to EWA report. Then reschedule it with those steps:
Also check your RFC destinations SDCC_OSS ve SAPOSS from sm59 if they work fine.
I hope this helps.

Serhat

Hi Serhat,
I think you're referring to the EWA that are generated and pushed straight to OSS.
If you have Solution Manager (which is the preferred way of doing EWA now), the SESSION_REFRESH task in SDCCN should be scheduled to run periodically - this will pull scheduled EWA for the managed system (instead of pulling sessions from OSS)
So REQUEST_DATA should no longer be scheduled, and schedule the SESSION_REFRESH in its place.
So the tasks that are still relevant and to be schedule regularly are
- DELETE_OLD_SDCC_DATA
- LICENSE_DATA - if you plan the automatic update of license key (esp. maintenance license)
- MAINTAIN_SDCC
- SERVICE_DEFINITION_REFRESH
- SESSION_REFRESH
In your managed system, try running the Service Definition Refresh job.
Then run another EWA session if that resolves your issue
