MS Project import

Hi,

    We are integrating MS Project with SAP PPM. The scenario works perfectly when we export a project to MSP. While we try to import a MSP (.mpp) project only the project element gets created. The phases and tasks do not get created. The mappings have been made in the IMG under Assign fields to import project as per the configuration guide. Could someone guide how to get the phases and tasks also imported along with the project element?  We have entered the phase type under "TEXT20" column within the MSP file.
