Hello Experts,

I'm wondering if you can help me to resolve the error I'm getting while approving RfC: Status could not be set due to status profile Customizing / authorization

I already added necessary authorization with auth object B_USERSTAT , adjusted Actions:

Am I missing something in configuration?

Please advice.

Thank & regards.

MM

Hello,

I expect some customizing is missing in SPRO Define Status Profile for User Status. Go to the status profile and check the lowest en highest values.

Can you check those entries.

Hi Richard,

Thank you very much for your quick reply,

The Status Profiles are like this:

... and the error appears when I'm trying to set

AWAPPMO Approval RequiredE0012

user status via actions in RfC:

Any idea, please?

Thanks & regards,

Hello,

Try to put for all statuses the lowest value on 10 and the highest on 60.

Try to test again.

Best regards,

Hi Richard,

Thanks a lot for your advice. somehow this doesn't help, still getting the error 😞

Is there anything else I can change to make it work?

In the status profile you have add for three statuses the entrie C4AP. I'm not sure this is allowed. Can you test it with one filled in with C4AP?

And what are the entries in Transaction Control (click on the status to see Transaction Control items)? Is " Process RFC Approval" set on allowed?

Best Regards,

Thanks a lot for your help , any thoughts?

Hi

Can you check the required PPF actions for your corresponding approval procedure and HF_SET_STATUS set to next value.

Secondly had you created all the PPF actions for same and conditions defined are correct, It seems PPF actions are not being triggered .

I see you do not have add "Process RFC Approval" set to allowed in transaction control .

Can you test it?
